Project Resources and Operations within Oil & Gas upstream/midstream Technical Assurance Business Segment for capital projects. Responsibilities include Project Resources, Recruitment, Contracting, RFP Development, Functional Development of Databases of Quality Specialists, Resource Readiness and Competency Management.

Development of Inspection Services special projects: New service line initiatives- business planning and positioning, document management, process improvement, workflow, gap analysis and internal auditing to ISO 9001 standard. Responsible for special projects consisting of improvement initiatives and strategic alignment with Business Development teams: project recruitment, RFPs, group workflow and auditing. Leads communications meetings internally with Project teams and positioning of resource procedures; adheres to Global Operation Model that defines standard operating procedures for the business, develop and implement internal process improvement procedures…ensures the follow up and execution of the plan.

Strong working knowledge of technical industry standards affiliated with 3rd party quality shop inspection, vendor surveillance, and operations. Maintains a unique blend of experience and accomplishments in people and projects, driving the business bottom line; leveraging experience with execution success; Projects: BP- North Slope & Anchorage Operations, Chevron Wheatstone, Conoco, Exxon, Brass LNG, Petronas, Shell.
