Dilip has a wide spectrum of engineering and project management experience with a track record of success in the fields of LNG, natural gas production, pipeline transmission and storage, onshore and offshore projects and fuel storage operations and transmission.

His experience of 38 years in Oil & Gas (19 years in LNG) includes feasibility studies with provision of guidance for investment decisions, proposals, basic engineering (FEED), detail engineering, procurement, contract management, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operation and maintenance phases gained at owners; Singapore LNG, Dragon LNG (BG-Petronas JV, UK), British Gas Plc and international EPC contractor M W Kellogg Ltd (KBR) and the Oil & Pipeline Agency (MOD) in the UK.

Dilip’s successful delivery of LNG liquefaction/terminal projects and comprehensive international experience on major multi-billion dollar projects in five countries, as a key player, makes him a candidate suitable for a variety of advisory and leadership roles in consulting and senior management in the oil and gas industry.

Currently he is a Principal Consultant at AD Consulting & Engineering providing services to Oil and Gas and LNG industries. The primary focus is on providing high end work for review, due diligence, investment appraisals, independent participation at HAZID, HAZOP and 3D Model Reviews, Safety Case Preparation and Major Hazards Review. He further provides consultancy on project management and contract strategy, technology and equipment selection, FEED and EPC strategy, and a whole host more.

Dilip provides advice and guidance to Praj Marine Consultants as a Non Executive Director, and to Pintle Energy Pte Ltd as a Consulting Adviser, based in Singapore on technical matters and new investments in business. He is also on the advisory board of Energise Futures Trainings based in Singapore. Furthermore, Dilip is a Non-Executive Director at Harvey Milton, which is a management consulting firm based in London.
