Fred is involved in the Oil & Gas upstream industry since 1981. Starting off with Schlumberger and from 1986 until present as entrepreneur/consultant. All leading oil and service companies have been served and supported in the fields of advice and project- operations management, both on- and offshore.

Fred is extremely well adapt to the O&G industry and familiar with safety regulations/policies, environmental aspects, (process) technology, tender procedures, budgeting/cost control and specialized himself in decommissioning of existing oil and gas fields. Furthermore Fred speaks the customers language, used to communicate with oil- and service companies, authorities and related departments. In combination with his NO nonsense attitude and Hands ON mentality, he has the ability to motivate staff/colleagues in order to establish a stable and efficient working atmosphere for achieving the best results in a safe manner.
