Keith has over 30 years petroleum industry experience in company management, business development (both upstream and downstream) and corporate and project financing in addition to his foundation technical disciplines of petroleum engineering, oil and gas field development, engineering (including LNG), operations, gas marketing, and project evaluation. He has worked with both oil majors (BHP Billiton and Shell International) and also with Nexus Energy which was a small cap when he joined in 2004 but had expanded into the mid cap space when he departed in 2011.
Keith was directly involved in Nexus’ capital raisings, project financing and Asset farm outs/sales. Since starting his consulting business, Keith has provided a range of services including independent reserve reviews for banks, business planning, full field development studies, contract negotiations as well as asset reviews and valuations. The work has been with small and mid-cap Australian and International companies. He worked directly with the MD’s of companies he assisted in all of the Australian assignments.
