Kishan is an industry expert with experience in electrical systems, energy conservation and plant operations optimisation. He has been working as an independent consultant since 2002, generally in the following areas:

• Preparation of feasibility reports
• As a faculty conducting energy conservation programs for bankers and stake holders
• Advising industries on how to strengthen electrical system
• Advising and/or conducting training program on plant operations optimisation
• Sharing knowledge and experience with MBA students – occasional

Worked for Hindalco Industries Ltd., India from 1962 to 2001 and retired in 2001 as Executive President. At the time of his retirement, he was heading Fabrication Plant and Electrical System. Kishan has a basic qualification Electrical Engineering from Pilani, India.
