Review Conceptual and Feasibility Studies, PFDs and PIDs, Equipment Specs, vessel/ line / control valve/ relief valve sizing, flare & relief analysis, HAZOP/ HAZID studies, standards and specifications, supplier proposals, design and operating manuals, trouble shooting and debottlenecking. Settle design and operational issues.
