Lloyd is the past President of the Senior Insurance Marketing Association.

He was the V.P. of American Eagle Financial services, a financial service marketing company in Atlanta, Ga. I was the V.P. of Sales for American Eagle Consultants, an IMO in the insurance industry. He was the Sales Training Director for American Republic Insurance company and managed the direct sales call center with 110 representatives, 10 lead developers and 5 support staff.

Lloyd is a Vistage Resource Speaker, a previous Instructor at Chattahoochee Technical College for a sales training course, an On Air Talent for Demand Media and he has been interviewed several times by The Wealth Channel through American College and AnnuityNewsNow. He is a regular featured author for several industry related magazines as well as a guest blogger.
