- September 2013 – May 2016: Economic Expert, OAPEC, Kuwait. Following up the UNFCCC negotiations. Investigate the negative social and economic impacts on Arab petroleum exporting countries due to mitigation actions and policies taken by developed countries to combat climate change.
- March 2012- August 2013: Expert, Minister Office, Ministry of Environment, Iraq. Duties: Establishing and Supervisor, Iraqi climate change centre. Establishing and Supervisor Iraq–NASA atmospheric watch monitoring cooperation. Administrator desertification and dust storms chapter. Head of Iraqi Negotiator to UNFCCC.
