Senior professional with over 30 years of broad international experience in the oil & gas business, Mohamed held the position of General Manager, North Africa with PA Resources, an international oil & gas company operating in North & West Africa and the North Sea, with full responsibility for the North Africa Business unit.

Prior to that, he was Vice President, New Ventures at Storm Ventures International, a Canadian company with focus on exploration and production activities outside Canada. Mohamed has served as board member on several companies based in Canada with assets located internationally.

His career also includes other senior roles such as: General Manager, International Business Development with Nexen Inc, Manager Business Development & joint ventures with Shell international in Gabon, Head of Operations with Shell in Oman and Tunisia and Head of Projects with Shell in Nigeria.

While with Shell international (over 15 years), Mohamed worked in several countries in the Middle East, Europe and Africa. He has an extensive experience in managing large projects, operations, business development, negotiation and deal structuring.

Holder of a degree in engineering from France and an MBA from UK, Mr. Messaoudi is a dual Canadian/Tunisian citizen and a member of APEGGA, Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.
