I have over 12 years of experience with large, Business & Finance, IT projects, transformation programs and training. In the past years, I backed it up with training & certifications such as; Prince2 practitioner, ITIL training, Managing Successful Programs (MSP), training on (Project, Program, Portfolio Office).

Having the business case clearly in sight, I steer on quality like; effective stakeholder management, change management, planning and reports. Due to my knowledge I have a sharp and clear vision on program and IT control. These three areas are crucial for the programme’s success.

I am very driven, practical, hands-on and certified, used to work as a self-starter and able to work in and lead a (global) team. I recognise and use the talent and competences of colleagues, to get the best out of them and therefore get the best out of myself.
