Nicholas is an international independent project management consultant with over 30 years experience in business management at both strategic and operational level. He gained most of his experience in the metallurgical industry of copper, cobalt, platinum, titanium and chrome processing plants. He has extensive experience in projects, production and operations as well as plant design. Also has experience in planning and management of metallurgical test work from laboratory to pilot plant to full-scale operations.

He has experience with major mining companies in South Africa, Zambia Mozambique and Democratic Republic of Congo. He has held senior executive positions with Anglo Platinum, Impala Platinum, Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines and Bayer Chrome. He is also the founder and owner of a consulting company (Nitrade Consulting).

• Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Minerals Engineering from Camborne School of Mines in England
• Bachelor of Mineral Sciences (B.Min.Sc.) Degree in Metallurgy and Mineral Sciences from the University of Zambia
