I am an Organisational Development Practitioner with front line business experience and track record in Organisation Effectiveness.

Certified in Organisational Development from NTL and skilled in Change Management, Group Process Consulting and Organisation effectiveness I have lead numerous change management initiatives, including organisational health diagnostics, behavioural safety program, technical integrity program, corporate planning process, and a number of successful reorganisations.

I have designed and facilitated more than 200 workshops aiming at advancing organisational learning, increasing employees engagement and improving business performance.

Thanks to my commercial experience and an MBA degree from Warwick Business School I am a hands-on consultant who provides practical solutions to organisational challenges.

Fluent in English, Russian and French I have lived and worked in different cultures and passionate about diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

With  over 15 years of working for large international companies, I work equally well with board members and front line workers, developing appropriate interventions at  individual, group and organisational levels.
