He has got sufficient skills to manage things in multicultural environment and have sufficient experience in Infrastructure / Construction Industry. He has also prepared HSE manual for his company along with safety procedures.

Subodh has 29 years of experience at Senior Management Level. He has a Masters in Applied Geology and Masters of Technology in Mineral Exploration from Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad. He has also completed a Masters and Doctorate Degree in Business administration.

He has good knowledge of Geotechnical Engineering for underground works for Dam, Power House, HRT, TRT Road works including slope stability, drainage using geotextiles in hilly terrain.

Subodh has strong business development skills in identifying new projects as per the business plan, tender submission follow up and business networking, reviewing multiple projects etc.
