Thomas is a senior consultant with Deloitte Risk Advisory B.V. and part of the Sustainability Services team in the Netherlands. He conducts sustainability audits, provides assurance on non-financial information and also offers risk management and strategy services.

Experience
Prior to Deloitte, Thomas was active for almost three years in the business development of a multinational Oil & Gas company. Thomas focused on the energy infrastructure project development with a strong understanding of project finance, modelling and commercial market intelligence. His last role was as a hydrocarbon accountant where Thomas analyzed, budgeted and forecasted Oil & Gas flows.

Focus
Thomas focusses primarily on energy, emissions and water and in addition risk management advisory and GRI reporting.

Professional Qualifications
Thomas earned his bachelor and master degree at the University of Utrecht (BSc in Science & Innovation management and MSc in Sustainable Development). During his study he focused on the technology, energy yields and costs of renewable energy.
