Vincenzo, after leaving Shell has been working as a Senior Consultant for worldwide projects and managerial affairs from corporate planning, new business, technology, Corporate Risks to organizational structure and other topics in Colombia and Mexico to Ecopetrol, Pacific E&P, Equion and Pemex. He is a petroleum engineer who began his career in the oil industry in 1974 reaching the position of President and Chairman of the Board for PDVSA Intevep (1999) and Vice-Chairman and member of the Board in PDVSA (2001), responsible, among others, for Gas, Technology, Corporate Planning and alternate for E&P and international refining and Marketing activities. He was responsible for the European operations from the UK offices and member of the Board of Ruhr Oel in Germany, Nynas in Sweden and support to the Board of Citgo in the US.

Before joining Shell G&P in 2004 he was consultant to the Board of Eni, and instructor at Imperial College in London and Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, member of several committees of the World Energy Council, US department of Energy, President of the Latin America R&D directors committee, president of the Venezuelan-Japanese Chamber and taken part in several publications and invited as speaker in several congresses. From 2004 and up to the end of September 2008 he was also non-Executive Member of the Board of Anzon Energy Limited in Australia.

In Shell he was General Manager for Qatar Growth Master Planning, Coordinator for NBD worldwide opportunities with RepsolYPF and Eni and Deputy MD for Shell Italia E&P, member of the board of Assomineraria and of the Foreign Investors Committee in Confindustria. He has received training in well-known universities as Oxford, Warton, North-Western and Harvard. Languages: English, Spanish, Italian.
