As former DuPont professional, I was working on High Performance Work Systems (HPWS) since 1991 in Operation, Sales & Marketing. I delivered value to other companies since 2013, supporting their Cultural Transformation journeys. As remark I worked with companies in Spain (CEPSA, REPSOL, Huntsman, Solvay), The Russian Federation (SIBUR, GAZPROM, BALTIKA), Thailand (SCG Chemicals), Morocco (OCP), Oman (OMIFCO), Kazajistan (ENRC, Arcelor Mittal), Saudi (Sipchem), and Pakistan (Engro).

I define myself as hands-on experienced consultant, principles driven and Solution Focused. I like to spend quality time on the WHY, and as Lean/6Sigma practitioner I like to analyze/diagnose before jumping to solutions. I acquired and practiced over the years strong soft skills to coach others to grow personally and professionally (Influence Model, Iceberg Model, adult learning approach, adaptative leadership). I consider myself as a trustable person, good listener that like feedback, to continue grow as professional.
